When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information directly — payments are processed through AppSumo.
Emails received at your inboxes are stored securely and are accessible only by you. We do not read, sell, or share your email content with third parties. Emails are automatically deleted based on your retention settings.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and secure session cookies. Our infrastructure runs on Mailcow (self-hosted email stack) behind Cloudflare protection.
Emails are retained based on your inbox settings. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
